What is the refund policy for deposits or down payments?
Ans – 20% deduction and refund to be processed 90 days after receipt of refund application.
How do I request a refund if a transaction falls through?
Ans – By writing a letter addressed to the MD, requesting for refund, the letter must be signed and ID card attached, upon approval, you will be required to return to the company all document issued to you.
How long does it take to receive a refund after it's approved?
Ans – 90 days from the day the company receives the letter requesting for refund.

Ans – A duly signed letter requesting for refund and return of all document issued to you.

Can I transfer a refund to a different property purchase or service?
Ans – Yes, you can transfer your fund to another property, you start by writing a letter addressed to the MD, return all documents earlier issued and we take up the process from there.

Ans – When you are unwilling to proceed to with the purchase after part or full payment.

Ans – No additional fees, however there is a 20% deduction of money paid for administrative charges.
Is there a deadline for requesting a refund after a transaction?
Ans – Yes there is deadline, which is before physical allocation has been given, but anytime before physical allocation, you can request for refund; terms and conditions apply.
How will my refund be issued (e.g., check, bank transfer)?
Ans – Through bank transfer to the account provided which must match with the name used to purchase the property.
What happens if the company backs out of a deal?
