Mr Isaiah, a graduate of Business Administration; holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Business Administration from the premier University in northern Nigeria: Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria; where he is currently doing his Doctorate degree (PhD) in Management. He has for close to two decades been involved in diverse consultancy and capacity building projects in Nigeria and beyond. He is a specialist in Performance Management. Having trained an implemented several types of performance appraisal tools like Balanced Scorecard; 3600 Performance Appraisal; Personal Performance Objective (PPO); others; he has advised several organizations on best ways to optimize staff performance.
He has facilitated program in various fields including Governance and Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Change Strategies, E-Learning, Strategic Management, HR Management, Business Process Analysis etc at national and international programs. His participation in a research project conducted recently by London Business School on “Strategic Talent Management”, earned him an award by the same institution.
He has at different times facilitated diverse local and international programs all over Nigeria and in Ghana, Zambia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa, Dubai (UAE), Europe, United States of America (USA) and others. To see through his passion for youth engagement and employment, he co-founded an NGO called Emerging Young Entrepreneur (EYE) Initiative – a Pan African organization with spread across the continent inspiring African youth into Agripreneurship.
A quintessential public speaker and capacity builder, a corporate executive and scholar, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management; Nigerian Institute for Training and Development; Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria and the Institute of Business Development. Mr Isaiah is a board/council member of several organizations in Nigeria and currently is the Chief Operating Officer of Partakers Consulting, a Kaduna based private business consulting firm. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of INFINITE KINGDOM GUARDS. He is married and blessed with children.
