Mrs Grace Chamah brings with her almost four-decade experience in leadership and strategic relationship management with expertise in industry, humanitarian provision and social service delivery. She is well 3xperienced in selling public awareness initiatives, consensus builder with a track record in launching initiatives related to business strategy, citizenship, and sustainability issues. Excels at interacting with broad, diverse stakeholders including management boards, Level executives, senior management and community leaders. Having developed and worked in close partnership with international organizations like the World Health Organization (WHO) and United Nations Children’s Funds (UNICEF), Mrs Chamah is well grounded and experienced in best practice for the implementation of people-based programs, with special focus on collective satisfaction and inclusiveness.
She is well respected for her political judgment, integrity, ethical behavior, passion and commitment to her fellow Nigerian citizens. Grace Chamah’s experience and expertise span across public and private sector engagements, among which are:
- National Coordinator, Intervention programs on Education, Women and Youth empowerment (Future-assured program) – Office of the First Lady, Federal Republic of Nigeria (2015 – 2018).
- NEC – More than a mother project (2017), where she formulated and implemented strategies to enhancethe initiative as well as the communication of program values.
- Coordinator, Empower Adamawa Project (2017)
- She represented the First Lady, FRN at the OAFLA (Organization of African
- First Ladies Against HIV/AIDS) General Assembly in Kigali, Rwanda (2016)
- Mentor and Technical Advisor for the project team of the Health Management Development Programme, focusing on the Identification and Review of the Health Services available to vulnerable groups in themilitary at Keffi.
- Project Coordinator for the UNICEF managed Children’s Programme on the Protection of Children from Abuse and Neglect
- Leading, management and implementation of the project which focused on the Development of Small Businesses and its contribution to the socioeconomicstatus of Katsina State.
- Coordinated and provided technical advice on updating the Situational Analysis onWomen, Youth and Children in Katsina State
- Coordinated and implemented a number of short term projects for the implementation of Child Welfareprograms in Kebbi State.
- Represented the State Governor in a number of Project Coordinating Committee Meetings with various ministries; including the Ministry of Health, Ministry of information e.t.c
- Led the development of the Plan of Action for the Advancement of Women in Kebbi State
- Instrumental in the development of and implementation of a Child Protection Framework which built on the work of the Ministry of Health

- Coordination of programmeand training for the advancement of women and the protection of children in Kebbi and Katsina States.
- Facilitated and led the monitoring and evaluation of the establishment of Family support clinics in all LocalGovernments in Kebbi and Katsina States
