Victor Ben as fondly called has worked in several sectors of life both as employee and as consultant; sectors such as Finance, Insurance, Renewable Energy, FMCG, Real Estate & Construction, iNGO, etc.
His dedication to professional growth is evident through his membership in esteemed organizations such as the Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA), Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMA), Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management (CICRM), International Society for Data Science and Analytics, Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management of Nigeria, and many more.
Prior to joining Wisdom Kwati Group, Victor was the Group Head, Human Resources & Administration of Winock Holdings. In the role he had oversight of the entire Human Resources framework of the various subsidiaries where he successfully executed strategic HR growth initiatives, that led to the establishing of four (4) additional branches of the company. His passion for human capital development has led him to consulting for different international NGOs, bringing in technology and innovation to the HR space.
Victor Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension, a PGD in Management and completing his Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Malawian based University. He has attended several executive level management courses both locally and offshore.
Outside his professional career and pursuit of his passion for humanitarian support, Victor founded a non-governmental organization, where he is the chairman Board of Trustee. The organization seeks to improve the lives of the embattled citizens under the servitude of poverty. Victor’s passion include reading, writing and reasoning. He is happily married with children.
