Wisdom Kwati Smart City is a CAC-registered real estate company based in Abuja. We specialize in redefining urban living through innovation and sustainability. Specifically, we were established in 2019 under the Wisdom Kwati Group.

Since then, we’ve been developing smart, eco-friendly homes. These homes bridge Nigeria’s housing gap. Furthermore, they set new standards for modern, inclusive cities across Africa. Ultimately, every project we build is designed for the future.

Pastor Babs graduated from the University of Maiduguri (Unimaid). Additionally, he completed his postgraduate studies in the Netherlands. He is a proven expert in administration and management.

Previously, Pastor Babs worked with Peugeot Automobile Nigeria. Later, he joined Nigeria Ports Authority in Lagos. There, he served in different roles and rose to Assistant General Manager. After that, he voluntarily retired to start something new.

He pioneered a successful agro company. Today, this company provides solutions to thousands of farmers across northern Nigeria. Currently, he serves as a board member of the Wisdom Kwati Group. In addition, he holds the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Pastor Babs is happily married and blessed with children.

Zara is a focused leader with expertise in finance, auditing, and project management. As Head Administrative Officer at Wisdom Kwati Smart City Limited, Abuja, she plays a key role in the company's success.

Specifically, she shapes organizational policies and oversees financial performance. Additionally, she drives market research and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget. Her leadership focuses on efficiency, innovation, and creating real value.

Beyond her current role, Zara has contributed to organizations like Karabow Karabow Nigeria Limited and Wisdom Kwati Smart City, Yola. There, she supported business development and streamlined operations. Moreover, she conducted financial audits and improved team performance.

Overall, Zara has a strong background in administration, business architecture, and client relations. Therefore, she continues to foster excellence and deliver solutions that support sustainable growth.

Barr Samuel ADEOLU

Samuel is a dedicated legal professional with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Abuja and certification from the Nigerian Law School through the Council of Legal Education. He has furthered his expertise through continuing education in Conflict and Dispute Resolution, as well as professional development in Leadership.

He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Lifeline Centre for Medical and Health Rights Advocacy, and a student member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). Through these affiliations, Samuel demonstrates a commitment to legal excellence, advocacy, and ethical leadership in every aspect of his work.

His professional experience spans roles such as Summer Legal Intern, Legal Research Analyst, and Legal Assistant, alongside positions in due diligence, customer service, project management, human resources, and administration.
